Gone to Texas 1986
Comanche
In this episode we dive into the incredible saga of the Comanche. Long before they ruled the "Staked Plains," they were a small group of mountain dwellers in Wyoming. But the arrival of the horse changed everything, and sparked one of the greatest cultural transformations in human history.
From the terrifying efficiency of the Comanche Moon raids to the brilliance of Quanah Parker, we explore how the Comanche redefined light cavalry warfare and paralyzed the expansion of European empires for over a century.Monday, 20 April 2026

Coming soon from Strelets-R
I got excited when I read about these sets but seeing the box art I am not so keen.
The Strelets M165 Early Texas Rangers US Wild West set is a highly detailed and versatile model kit for modelers. It includes 52 figures in 1/72 scale, capturing the rugged look and mixed equipment of frontier fighters in the early to mid-19th century.
