Gone to Texas 1986

Today is the anniversary of San Jacinto so I thought we could have this movie.

Comanche

In this episode we dive into the incredible saga of the Comanche. Long before they ruled the "Staked Plains," they were a small group of mountain dwellers in Wyoming. But the arrival of the horse changed everything, and sparked one of the greatest cultural transformations in human history.

From the terrifying efficiency of the Comanche Moon raids to the brilliance of Quanah Parker, we explore how the Comanche redefined light cavalry warfare and paralyzed the expansion of European empires for over a century.

''Time to "Remember the The Alamo" - Now uploaded, the images for the FK15 Texan War of Independence range - going into production this month https://www.thelittlecorporal.co.uk/texan-war-of...''

I really liked FK15. I like all of their figures and they chose some interesting periods. The Little Corporal is photographing them and making them available again.

Gone to Texas 1986

The life of Sam Houston, General & later president of Texas

Gone to Texas is a 1986 American made-for-television biographical film originally titled Houston: The Legend of Texas.[1] It stars Sam Elliott in the title role, and is a biopic of Sam Houston's years as Governor of Tennessee through his involvement in the Texas Revolution.[2]

This production is notable for the complete absence of Davy Crockett in the Battle of the Alamo scenes.
