There is not much in English about this incident. Found this which is good. A cavalry action between a patrol of Dragoons and Prussian Hussars that resulted in the death of Niels Kjeldsen.

It was very good of the Prussians (there was no-one else there?) to report so honestly on an action in which they figured so poorly.
