    Yes. I saw this. Although not interested in the war It was interesting dramatically. Like most Danish dramas, it is slow

    I saw it, nicely shot but more of a drama than a tale of the war but still worth a watch for the battle scenes even if some go a bit OTT.
    The book '1864' despite some editions having a cover picture taken from the series is nothing to do with it and a good history of the war - recommended.
