Forts of the French Foreign Legion

Yesterday I had the new Osprey on the French Foreign Legion 1831-71 and very good it is too. Made me think of when I was a kid I had the Airfix Fort Sahara for Christmas and wondering who the Foreign Legion were. Here's an interesting article on the Forts of the Foreign Legion

    Fort Sahara was by far the best of the Airfix "Fort" series - the tapered tower was outstanding. Happy Days!!
