Eureka 18mm Mexican American War

 

This looks like a decent range.

    I've got some of these as well as some of the 18mm Blue Moon US infantry. Height wise, the 2 ranges match well. The Eureka figures are a bit "crisper" in appearance and a little thicker in the body, but close enough that you could use both manufacturers in the same unit. The metal Eureka uses seems a bit stiffer to me - musket barrels don't bend as easily.

    Horses however! Eureka horses are substantially larger than the Old Glory/Blue Moon ones and if I ever get back to my MAW project, I'll be using Eureka cavalry only.
