Rifle Brigade in 1853

The Rifles in the image above are the Brunswick Rifle. Sometimes Rifles look shorter in sketches so it is difficult to tell, but you can be sure they are Brunswick's by looking at the bayonet types. The Rifle Brigade got issued the Minie Rifle just before they shipped out to the Crimea. Great site!
