I haven't mentioned this movie as it is beyond the 1918 date I set for this blog but is set around 1920. It follows the story of Budyenny and his Red cavalry army. There's some spectacular cavalry scenes with tachankas and so forth. No real youtube clips but as it is a Mosfilms job there's lots of copies online to download - and its kind of public domain - no subtitles though but do you need them for a widescreen epic like this.
