Crimean uniform pics


I learnt Alma in Russian (Альма) and found this forum which has some excellent images of Crimean troops of all nationalities. This looks interesting - is it an 1845 capote pattern?

    No it is not, this drawing is from the 1828 regulation.But the patern 1845 is quite the same except collar, colour "gris de fer bleuté" instead of gris de fer!! the distance beetween buttons (godd number of butons?)

    This is a very good book and i will put some scans on my blog soon!
