Of course one of the good things about the American Civil War is the easy access to reasonably priced items and I have been musing that for French fantassins to be popular stuff needs to be widely available. This company Unrivalled Enterprise is a Pakistan company specialising in rock bottom priced ACW kit and they do special orders. To give you an idea this kepi is in basic form $7 with braid charged at 35 cents a row. Anyway check them out and ask for a price list.
