Scene from the Young Indiana Jones Chronicles. This is, in my opinion, one of the best and most atmospheric scenes depicting the horrors of the trenches on film. Worth watching till the end when you see the Germans advance which is both frightening and awe-inspiring...a great piece of movie-making.

It looks like they incorporated shots from Fraulein Doktor into new footage. Rather WELL to. I'd like to have talked to my Grandfather about WWI but he died before I was old enough to.
ReplyDeleteI'm working on some Armies In Plastic WW One troops now. US and late war Germans. Too bad they don't make them with gas masks on.
